Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data LaunchKit collects, why, how we protect it, and your rights regarding it.
1. Information we collect
- Marketing site activity. Page views and button clicks on this site, with your consent (in EEA / UK / Switzerland) or automatically (elsewhere, with browser Do Not Track honored).
- Demo bookings. If you book a demo via Calendly we collect the information you provide (typically name, email, and meeting time). This is processed by Calendly per their privacy policy.
- Geographic country.We use Vercel's edge network to detect your country so we can apply the correct privacy regime. We do not store IP addresses.
2. Cookies

PostHog analytics cookies load only after you click Accept on the consent banner (in strict regions). You can change your choice at any time using the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.
3. Third-party processors
Error monitoring: Sentry
We send error reports to Sentry to debug crashes. Reports include request metadata and stack traces. We do not send email addresses or form contents. On-error session replays mask all text and block media. Sentry is operated by Functional Software, Inc. (United States). Legal basis: legitimate interest in service reliability (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Product analytics: PostHog
With your consent (in strict regions), we send anonymized product events to PostHog. Outside strict regions, PostHog loads automatically and respects your browser's Do Not Track signal. PostHog is operated by PostHog, Inc. (United States). Legal basis: consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) in strict regions; legitimate interest elsewhere.
Demo scheduling: Calendly
Demo bookings are processed by Calendly, Inc. (United States) per their privacy policy.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States).
4. Your rights
Under GDPR, UK GDPR, and similar laws you may access, rectify, erase, port, or object to processing of your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time using the "Manage cookies" link, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
5. International transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension, and standard contractual clauses with our processors.
6. Changes
We will update this policy as our practices change. Material changes will be announced on the site at least 30 days before they take effect.
